PostDoctoral position in multiphase flow and hydrodynamic transport in permeable media: experiments, data analysis, and simulations – Barcelona (Spain)

The University of Barcelona (UB) and the Spanish National Research Council (IDAEA-CSIC, Barcelona) invite applications for a postdoctoral position to study multiphase flow and hydrodynamic transport in permeable media. The position is part of the HydroPore project, a joint project between the IDAEA-CSIC, the UB and the Technical University of Madrid (UPM).

Post-doc DEM modelling (INRAE, Aix-Marseille Univ, RECOVER, France)

A 18 months post-doc position opens for 2021-2022 at the RECOVER research unit (INRAE, Aix-Marseille Univ, Aix-en-Provence, France).

The project will focus on particle’s shape mechanical influence in granular materials, through discrete modelling with realistic shape descriptors.

The Laboratory of Soil Mechanics at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) is looking for 3 PhD candidates and 2 Post-docs in Geomechanics and Energy Geotechnics.

PhD and Postdoctoral research positions at EPFL, Switzerland

The Laboratory of Soil Mechanics at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) is currently looking for two PhD students and a Postdoctoral researcher to conduct research in THM testing and modelling of geomaterials as part of research activities on nuclear waste storage.
